Do any fees apply? Depositing funds onto your card incurs a fee of $3 + 8%, which accounts for both gas fees and operational expenses. Using your card, however, does not involve any fees.

Can I make in-store purchases? Yes. You can do so by adding your card to a digital wallet such as Apple Pay.
What currency does the card hold? The card is funded with US dollars. Making purchases in any other currency will generate a fee of 2% + $2 USD.
How many times can I use the card? As many times as you want, as long as you still have funds in your card and it hasn't expired yet.
Can I reload the card? No, if your card has no remaining balance, you'll need to purchase a new one.
The card does not work for me. Can I get a refund? No, due to the fact that each card is individually generated for your use, we are unable to facilitate refunds for them.
