    Do any fees apply? Depositing funds onto your card incurs a fee of $5 + 8%. Using your card, however, does not involve any fees.

    Where can I use the card? It can be utilized at more than 40+ million US-based merchants, be it online or in person.

    What are the card limitations? These Visa cards lack 3DS authorization and could experience problems at certain merchants with advanced transaction fraud screening. Certain merchants or payment providers may choose not to accept Visa prepaid virtual cards; this is beyond our control, and there is nothing we can do about it.

    Can I use the card for paying for subscriptions? No. The card is not compatible for paying subscriptions such as Spotify or OpenAI.

    Can I use the card for cash loading? No. The card cannot be used to load funds into Venmo, PayPal, or Revolut balances.

    Does the card support Apple Pay? The card can be added to digital wallets like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay, provided you are physically in the USA.

    Can I make in-store purchases? Yes. You can do so by adding your card to a digital wallet such as Apple Pay.

    What currency does the card hold? The card is funded with US dollars. Making purchases in any other currency will generate a fee of 2% + $2 USD.

    How many times can I use the card? As many times as you want, as long as you still have funds in your card and it hasn't expired yet.

    Can I reload the card? No, if your card has no remaining balance, you'll need to purchase a new one.

    The card does not work for me. Can I get a refund? No, due to the fact that each card is individually generated for your use, we are unable to facilitate refunds for them.

    Why is my card on hold? Your Visa prepaid card may be placed on hold for various reasons, including fraud prevention, security concerns, pending transactions, or geoblocking limitations. If you encounter this issue, please contact the customer support of the issuing bank.

    Is the card redeemable from anywhere? No, the card is not redeemable in Albania; Belarus; Congo; the Democratic Republic of the Congo; Cote d'Ivoire; Cuba; Islamic Republic of Iran; Iraq; Democratic People's Republic of Korea; Republic of Korea; Lebanon; Libya; Myanmar; Nicaragua; Pakistan; Somalia; South Sudan; Sudan; Syrian Arab Republic; Turkey; Ukraine; Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela; Yemen; Zimbabwe.

    The prepaid card is only valid at select US-based merchants; some may reject it. Adding the card to Apple Pay is exclusive to US customers.

    spendit.finance operates as a reseller, and any issues with the card must be addressed to the card provider, via phone exclusively.

    Repeated rejections may result in the bank putting the card on hold.

    In case you encounter an issue with your card - such as the bank putting your card on hold - you agree to provide the necessary personal information, such as name and address, to the card provider for resolution and potential reactivation of the card.

    While the majority of orders are processed within minutes, please note that in some rare cases, the card generation process may take a couple of hours. Kindly be aware that card processing operates within the Europe/Paris timezone (GMT+1), so the duration may vary depending on when you placed the order.
